Integrity comes from the Greek words integras and integra meaning “whole”. This word defines us at Glide- undivided and complete, as we use systems and processes that encourage a united team. To us, it also means sincerity, keeping one’s word and agreements, honesty, truthfulness, fairness, punctuality and never faltering in what we believe. Integrity enters into every aspect of life and business and allows our customers to trust us from first contact through final launch.

2. Excellence

We love this word, the way it sounds, and the qualities it brings to mind. We define excellence as “the maximum exercise of one’s gifts and abilities”. This includes every aspect of our daily life at Glide, and it also pertains to every touch made with our clients and their projects. In order to truly achieve excellence, we burn with a passion to learn, grow and apply ourselves in all areas of our work life, and to create results that make a difference and bring success to our customers.

3. Passion

Customers may notice during the process of working with Glide Design, the word “passion” comes up often. We all have a passion for seeing great web design and seeing a job completed successfully, but what is unique about the employees of Glide is that each person is passionate about their specialty. Designers, managers, salesmen, writers, editors and coders each love what they do, and that is important when trusting a company to complete such an important task as a website.

4. Diligence

Glide Design’s employees are not satisfied with just getting a job and finishing it as soon as possible. We take our time to ensure that each customer is thrilled with the entire process from preliminary design to launch. Because of our passion and integrity, we strive to be as thorough as possible in the web designing process. We are each skilled in our jobs, so we are thorough in performing our tasks. We check over each others work, rewrite, edit and re-edit! We make sure that when our job is complete, it is accurate to the detail.

5. Relationships

Simply put we value people and the relationships we build. We take our business and yours very seriously, but at the end of the day, life is more important than simply making more money. Investment in helping, nurturing and building lasting relationships within our team and our valued family of clients is as important to us as our largest financial goals.
