I know what you might be thinking and the answer is NO, I didn’t “accidentally” over-bill one of our clients. Actually, quite the opposite, I simply spent ONE hour reviewing all the services and fees my business is currently paying. Here’s the low down…

The $avings:

  • Online Project Management Software: Downgraded my plan and saved $25/Mo.
  • Online CRM: Downgraded my plan and saved $12/Mo.
  • Old Online Invoicing Software: Canceled and saved $12/Mo.
  • Online Storage Software: Canceled and saved $20/Mo.
  • Internet Phone: Changed plans and saved $25/Mo.
  • Interest Account Swap: Canceled and saved $15/Mo.
  • Authorize: Changed features and saved $40/Mo.

The Breakdown:

In less than ONE hour I was able to save myself $161/Month (or $1932/Year) in completely unnecessary fees. I have to be honest that it was most alive I felt all week. There’s something refreshing and encouraging about saving money. ESPECIALLY when you don’t have to sacrifice anything to get the savings.

What About You?

Mostly my savings came through a combination of downgrading to more reasonable plans, canceling unused services, and negotiating better features with existing plans. Try it out yourself and see how much money you can save. Do it RIGHT now and if you have success post a comment below!
