**
DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

**_In Short: _**_We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and
store your information._

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels)
to access or store information. Specific information about how we use such technologies
and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy.
A cookie
is a file containing small amounts of information that is downloaded to an internet
enabled device like your computer, smartphone, or tablet when you visit a website.
The cookies we use make the Sites easier to use, deliver a personalized experience
for you, and help us understand what information and advertising is most useful
to our users. Cookies also help speed up your future activities and experiences
on the Sites. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate
setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable
to access certain parts of the Sites. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting
so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your
browser to the Sites.

Pages of the Sites may contain small electronic files known as web beacons, also
referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs, that allow us to count
visits to the Sites or opened an email. Web beacons also help us gather other Sites
statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain site content and verifying
system and server integrity).

We use first-party and third-party cookies and other similar tracking technologies
specifically in conjunction with Google Analytics for the purposes of user behavior
analytics, remarketing, cross-device insights, and website performance improvements.
We also use these technologies in conjunction with Google Ads for remarketing and
personalized advertising. We share website user and customer data with Google for
the purpose of performing ad measurement and ad delivery services on our behalf,
through the use of Customer Match, enhanced conversion tracking, and other services.

You can opt-out of having your site activity available to Google Analytics by installing
the [Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-analytics-opt-out/fllaojicojecljbmefodhfapmkghcbnh?hl=en).
The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (gtag.js, analytics.js) that
is running on websites from sharing information with Google Analytics about visit
activity. Using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on will not prevent site
owners from using other tools to measure site analytics. It does not prevent data
from being sent to the website itself or in other ways to web analytics services.

**HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?**

**_In Short: _**_We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the
purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law._

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the
purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required
or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose
in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than
2 years.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information,
we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example,
because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will
securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing
until deletion is possible.
