I believe in listening before speaking. Listen with intent, speak with purpose. I see the big picture before I hurl myself headfirst into action. That said, once I know what the goal is, I come at it like a Tasmanian devil—well, a Tasmanian devil with considerably less rage and better business etiquette, but the energy is there. I take ambitious ideas and break them down into clear, bite-sized objectives. If you have a vision, I have a plan.

Adversity has been my greatest teacher. It’s taught me how to solve problems, find creative solutions, discover the underlying need that the current issue is disguising, pull in resources to fill gaps, hear the unspoken words, and most importantly . . . to keep moving forward no matter what. This is why project management is not just a job to me. Passion is that undeniable feeling you get when you come up with something that excites you. It’s about loving the process. We call it being AWESOME ON PURPOSE.

Better Every Day

We’d rather live in the stretch zone than the comfort zone because it’s the best way to grow. Accepting there will always be a better way is the essence of #bettereveryday.

Deliver Faithfully

We make promises we can keep by acknowledging that unforeseen obstacles always come up. If that means having to say no, so be it. We’d rather DO WHAT WE SAY.

Doing meaningful work
