We also incorporated advanced online scheduling tools, seamless call tracking, and integrated telemedicine(“ telehealth”) features, ensuring patients could access care from anywhere. By integrating third-party tools such as Google Analytics, we empowered AllerVie’s internal teams to optimize the patient journey and continually improve patient experience while remaining accessible and HIPAA compliant.
