Overview
Aperiam Bio is taking the guesswork out of biotechnology, using computer vision
to illuminate critical parts of protein chemistry. As a growing company, they needed
a new website to level up their digital presence and bring their brand and content
to life. We were challenged to help them establish a brand voice and visual aesthetic
that would elevate their digital presence and mirror their cutting-edge biotechnology.

## Beauty beyond the lab
One of the unique project challenges was that we needed to be able to convey complex
scientific concepts in novel ways while striking the right balance of the mysterious
to literal. To visually capture such a complex concept, we chose to rely on esoteric
visual references.
> Holy smokes – the new site looks gorgeous! One million thanks the team for building

Aperiam Bio’s enzyme technology is specifically designed for products that are better
for people and better for the planet. We leveraged this in the new site but leaned
heavily on nature motifs and pairing them with a sleek modern aesthetic. We created
a dynamic experience by incorporating subtle movements and scrolling animation.
The result? A design that vibrates and drives visitors to dig deeper.
