Overview
Baylor College of Medicine is dedicated to improving health through science, scholarship
and innovation. Through philanthropic support, they are able to unlock answers to
disease, accelerate medical breakthroughs and educate future healthcare leaders.
When the opportunity to create a new giving platform for such a worthy mission,
we jumped at the chance. We can’t think of a better example of doing meaningful
work.

## An award winning design
The average time a person spends on a webpage is less than a minute. Their previous
site was text heavy and hard to navigate. We were tasked with breaking up the content
so that it could not just hold the audience attention, but inspire them to give.
The work they do at Baylor College of Medicine is complex, but we were able to translate
that work and more importantly its impact in a way that inspires the average person
to give. With a balance of clean design, good navigation and subtle interactive
elements, we couldn’t be more proud of what we delivered.
GLIDE is thrilled that this design was featured by Design Rush as a [best website design](https://www.designrush.com/best-designs/websites)
in the category of “The Best Blue Web Designs.”
