From playful animations to interactive storytelling elements, we transformed their website into a virtual jungle gym where visitors could explore, learn, and connect with the chimpanzee community. With every click and scroll, we aimed to capture the essence of Chimp Haven’s mission and ignite a sense of wonder and curiosity in everyone who visited. > GLIDE helped us launch a beautiful new website with all the functionality, lovely > design, and personality we were looking for. From outdated content templates to disjointed navigation, we implemented strategic solutions to enhance user experience and streamline information flow. Therefore, we made sure the main site, built on WordPress, handed off seamlessly to a Shopify-powered e-comm experience. The UX momentum we established on the main site resulted in a major boost in all key e-comm metrics. What can we say … good vibes = big sales. ## E-commerce results 50 % Sessions growth 34 % Order volume increase 60 % Checkout completion ## What we learned Through our collaboration with Chimp Haven, we aimed to empower visitors to take meaningful action in support of chimpanzee welfare and conservation. By highlighting the sanctuary’s impact, showcasing donor stories, and providing clear calls to action, we helped Chimp Haven enhance its digital fundraising strategies and advance its mission of saving primates and transforming lives.
