Arrow’s deep knowledge of the JAK team helped us get to the heart of what their audience needed, and their print and brand work served as rich inspiration for the web experience. Our collaboration was smooth and communicative, with Arrow and the JAK team providing thoughtful feedback every step of the way. Orders and reservations were misrouted, and the restaurant’s personality wasn’t shining through. So we immersed ourselves in the customer journey (and the food) to design an experience that felt true to JAK. The result is a sleek, modern site with clear user flows, vibrant photography, and content that’s easy for busy restaurant managers to update.
