## A Platform Built to Scale

The new Listivo site was designed to achieve two major goals: attract and engage
top-tier real estate professionals and empower media creators to join their team.
To accomplish this, we focused on designing a homepage that would immediately differentiate
Listivo from competitors—a striking, dynamic experience that speaks to their professionalism
and creativity. We also tackled the challenge of organizing a robust portfolio into
clear, intuitive categories, allowing visitors to easily explore services like aerial
photography, virtual tours, and property staging.

Beyond aesthetics, functionality was key. We optimized site speed for a frustration-
free user experience, and implemented thoughtful navigation to reduce confusion.
Listivo’s new website reflects their ethos: approachable yet premium, innovative
yet effortless.
