Anticipate what visitors want, and prioritize accordingly. For Mary Lee, that meant organizing the primary navigation based on the services they provide. If the website is step number one in getting people help, then why not reduce the number of clicks it takes to get the ball rolling. > They delivered a completed website that was functional and visually interesting— > on time and aligned with our goals.  As a nonprofit, we appreciated that GLIDE > truly understood our mission. > Russ Walker > Executive Director Most websites for nonprofits serve multiple audiences. Mary Lee has two primary user types. 1. People who need help. 2. People who want to help. The second category can be broken down into multiple subtypes—volunteers, financial supporters, and career seekers.
