## What we did

Overview

PCSI is a nonprofit dedicated to creating employment opportunities for people with
disabilities, offering job placement and workforce development programs. While their
impact is undeniable, their digital presence needed a transformation of its own.
Their old website struggled with accessibility, navigation, and a clear call to
action—barriers we were eager to break down. We partnered with PCSI to build a site
that reflects their mission, strengthens their outreach, and simplifies the user
experience for job seekers, partners, and donors alike.

## **A mission-driven refresh**

A core challenge was ensuring the site was fully accessible while maintaining an
engaging and modern design. We focused on WCAG compliance, intuitive navigation,
and structured content that speaks directly to PCSI’s key audiences. From job seekers
looking for opportunities to organizations eager to partner, every interaction on
the new site was designed with purpose.

Beyond a sleek, functional redesign, we integrated key features to support PCSI’s
long-term goals: a streamlined job board, an improved donation experience, and SEO-
optimized content to increase visibility. The result? A website that not only tells
PCSI’s story but also serves as a powerful tool in advancing their mission.
