Customer engagement that connects
We started working with Engageware—a consumer relationships company—at an interesting time. For starters, they weren’t even “Engageware” yet. They were undergoing a merger and launching a new brand while we got started on a new website. With so much in flux, we made sure to stay in constant communication with the marketing leads and branding partners. A true team effort.
With their new identity solidified, it was time to introduce Engageware to the public. Phase one of our project included designing and developing key landing pages on an accelerated timeline. Hard deadlines are a great motivator for all parties. Phase two (the full site) meant merging two websites worth of information into one and making it all feel like a cohesive experience. A strong visual motif goes a long way, as well as new custom graphics for key product offerings.
Since launch, all signs are pointing up for the industry leader in appointment scheduling. Just recently, one of their core solutions hit the ONE BILLION appointments scheduled milestone. Wow! We’re really excited to be a part of the latest phase in their monumental growth journey.
