How We Work

Our approach to new relationships is meant to be enlightening and risk free by identifying relationships that will be a natural fit for our services and approach. Below is a brief description of our strategic development process.

Planning Phase

The most neglected aspect of any project is generally the planning phase. This will take the greatest amount of time in the initial engagement, but when done right, the development and implementation happen quickly and with very little effort. Here is a list of some key areas of focus:

Discovery – This is a process used to gather all the relevant necessary information from the beginning. We use a top down approach to looking at your business or organization to insure that real solutions are created. You might have initial goals in mind but the discovery process may uncover other significant opportunities that you weren’t aware of.

Strategic Solutions – Once all the information is gathered, an internal strategic session is conducted. We analyze your project and get to know your market, target demographic and competitors. We compile information into a “battle plan” of how to best implement your project.

Development Phase

Once the planning phase is finalized, we retreat to our technological caves and begin the creation process. This is where we bring your project to life. Here is a list of some key areas of focus:

Delivery & Integration – Quality setup and maintenance of your solutions are our top priority. You will be briefed on all aspects and features of your site. This allows you the power and flexibility to make changes and create new content as you desire.

Evaluation, Testing, and Refinement – Our relationship doesn’t end at delivery. As with any technological process, some time is spent testing and fine tuning configurations and making adjustments. Once we have you set up we will continue to work with you until everything is operating smoothly.
