What We Did
We pride ourselves in choosing clients that make the world a better place, but we’d be hard-pressed to find one with a more galvanizing mission than that of Hope and Healing Center & Institute. They are “transforming lives” and “restoring hope” by providing mental health services to adults who wouldn’t have access otherwise. With that rally cry, we set out to build a site that focused on helping the community first, and garnering donations second.

Come in and stay awhile
When you anticipate what a user needs, you’re more likely to help them take action. On the HHCI website, we introduced a fill-in-the-blank “I want to…” selector on the homepage to give visitors a guided but flexible way to begin their journey. It’s a simple interaction that helps break down big, often emotional decisions into smaller, manageable steps. Combined with simplified navigation and streamlined content, the experience feels clearer and less overwhelming from the start.
We experienced nothing but professional service, personalized and well-researched design/layout/user experience development, fantastic communication with all staff, incredible support and more.

Visually, we leaned into soft colors like tan, rose, and teal, and flowing lines in the illustrations to create a sense of calm without diminishing the seriousness of the work HHCI does. Early results show increased traffic and engagement across devices, and we believe that removing friction points is helping more people find the support they need. Credit goes to the incredible team at Hope and Healing Center & Institute for making space for both empathy and clarity in every decision.
