During the initial redesign, we focused on boosting functionality and scalability, starting with a robust multi-location integration that allows patients to easily find and schedule appointments at any of AllerVie’s 60+ locations. We also incorporated advanced online scheduling tools, seamless call tracking, and integrated telemedicine (“telehealth”) features, ensuring patients could access care from anywhere. By integrating third-party tools such as Google Analytics, we empowered AllerVie’s internal teams to optimize the patient journey and continually improve patient experience while remaining accessible and HIPAA compliant. These key functionalities were designed not only to enhance patient experiences but also to position AllerVie as a leader in accessible healthcare.
