The people-first orthodontics network
Smile Doctors, the country’s fastest-growing network of award-winning orthodontists, came to us to streamline their patient experience, update their look, and design location pages for their numerous practices. We were excited to partner with this people-centered team as they change lives one smile at a time.
For Smile Doctors, we wanted to create a new brand and visual identity that would be sleek, mature, and representative of their fast-growing, national status. We accomplished this with a more nuanced color palette, modern serif type, and aspirational photography. User-generated content like Instagram tags and highlighted reviews reassure patients that, even with a new elevated look, people and service still come first at Smile Doctors.
One major goal of the project was to create a location search that would allow patients to easily find their local office, set that office as their primary location, and book an appointment at that location. With UX best practices, we created seamless transitions between the marketing site, booking flows, and payment portals, eliminating superfluous steps for new and existing patients.
Our team pulled together to meet an important deadline for launch, which meant focusing on only the essentials. As we continue to develop and refine things like new landing pages, partner sites, and signup flows, we’re bolstered by the insights we gain from the core site being live and in front of new and existing partners and patients. Our ongoing work is sure to leave them smiling.
