Designed to drive engagement and amplify impact

Overview

Background

Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center (DCAC) brings together law enforcement, CPS, prosecutors, and medical experts to help children and families heal from abuse. Each year, DCAC serves more than 12,000 children in Dallas County and leads national efforts in child protection and education.

Problem

DCAC’s previous website no longer reflected its leadership or scale. The site was text-heavy, difficult to navigate, and failed to communicate the organization’s vital role. Families, partners, and donors couldn’t easily find the information or actions they needed to make an impact.

Solution

We helped DCAC reimagine its digital presence as a strategic growth tool. The new dcac.org turns complex information into clear, actionable pathways that connect purpose with impact. Visitors can quickly get involved, donate, or learn how to recognize and report abuse—supported by a design that reflects both professionalism and compassion.

Designing a seamless experience for multiple audiences

DCAC serves families seeking support, professionals pursuing training, and community members looking to help. GLIDE streamlined these journeys into an intuitive structure anchored by an “I want to…” quick-action menu. This design reduces friction, builds trust, and helps every visitor find what they need in seconds.

With a modern design, intentional structure, and purpose-driven storytelling, dcac.org now amplifies DCAC’s impact. Clear calls to action guide users to donate, volunteer, or learn—helping the organization reach more people, drive more involvement, and continue its mission to bring hope and healing to Dallas families.
