fireNspec

From beta-era site to a digital presence that earns trust

Overview

Background

fireNspec is a digital inspection platform built for fire safety and security integrators — giving field technicians real-time mobile tools for compliant, paperless inspections with GPS logging, multi-technician collaboration, and seamless office sync.

Problem

A barebones initial site built during beta was never meant to last — but it did. As the product matured and sales accelerated, fireNspec had no digital presence capable of telling their story, showcasing their features, or converting the right buyers.

Solution

GLIDE built a modern, scalable marketing site from the ground up — one that leads with outcomes for decision-makers, showcases platform depth for evaluators, and makes it easy for field-focused buyers to say yes.

Designing for buyers who don’t trust tech

fireNspec’s customers — fire and security integrators — are practical, skeptical, and short on time. They don’t want a pitch; they want proof. The biggest design challenge was translating a highly capable, feature-rich platform into something that felt immediately credible and simple to evaluate. We structured the site around the “created by integrators, for integrators” narrative, foregrounding the product’s flexibility and responsiveness rather than its feature list. Detailed feature pages, app-forward visuals, and customer-driven messaging give both the field tech and the business owner what they need to feel confident moving forward.

With a lean internal team managing the site post-launch, ease of content management was as important as the design itself. We built a flexible, modular WordPress CMS so Michelle’s team can update pages, add case studies, and launch new content without touching a developer. Lead-gen tools — demo request forms, app store links, and a meeting scheduler — are woven throughout, turning a previously invisible web presence into a working pipeline asset.
