Traffix is a leading third-party logistics provider, delivering top-notch, customizable transportation services across North America since 1979. Specializing in truckload, flatbed, intermodal, drayage, expedited, LTL, and managed transportation, Traffix combines industry expertise with cutting-edge technology to maximize the value of their clients’ freight spend. The creative standout of this project was the challenge of seamlessly integrating a multitude of sophisticated systems. Traffix’s vision for a multi-layered platform incorporating CRM, Business Intelligence tools, live chat, and their innovative Pitstop portal required a design that was both advanced and user-friendly. We embraced the complexity, crafting a digital experience that is as functional as it is visually captivating.
One of the most unique hurdles we encountered was the technical integration across various platforms. Traffix’s ambitions for advanced SEO, multi-platform and multi-language support, and synchronization with ongoing projects like the Pitstop portal and Microsoft Azure meant we needed to bring our A-game. Through meticulous planning and strategic execution, we delivered a seamless, cohesive system that enhanced operational efficiency and user engagement.
Our mission was clear: elevate Traffix’s brand perception, boost lead generation, and refine the user experience to foster loyalty and conversions. We implemented an intuitive CMS for easy content updates, integrated comprehensive analytics for data-driven decisions, and optimized the site, cementing their position as a leader in North American logistics.
