Background
Cornerstone Caregiving is all about providing compassionate, in-home care services for seniors, ensuring they can live comfortably and independently in their golden years.
Problem
Cornerstone’s old digital platform did not support growth. The website was difficult for team members to manage and challenging for users to find a nearby location and request care.
Solution
Two-fold. First, build a backend solution where adding new locations is intuitive for all. Second, design a frontend experience that asks visitors to identify their needs, then guides them to action.

One of the most unique aspects of this project was designing a scalable infrastructure to onboard new locations without breaking a sweat—manually cloning web pages just wasn’t going to cut it. To tackle this, we implemented a dynamic template system, allowing Cornerstone Caregiving’s team to easily add new locations with consistent design and functionality. No more duplicated effort or room for human error—just a streamlined process that’s ready to scale as fast as they are!
Our main goal for Cornerstone Caregiving? Conversions! From optimizing calls-to-action on service pages to creating easy-to-navigate career sections, we focused on making every interaction count. Whether visitors are exploring care options for a loved one or applying for a caregiver role, we ensured the path to conversion is simple, clear, and effective. We also laid the groundwork for future SEO growth, so Cornerstone Caregiving can continue to expand its reach and impact with ease.
