Teesnap

Built to earn trust with golf course operators

Overview

Background

Teesnap is an all-in-one golf course management SaaS platform, helping operators run smarter with tools for tee sheet management, point of sale, marketing, and reservations.

Problem

Their existing website felt dated and generic — not the kind of digital presence that earns trust from operators evaluating enterprise software. Key product offerings like reservations and marketing tools weren’t getting the visibility or traction they deserved.

Solution

We redesigned Teesnap’s site from the ground up on WordPress, building a clean, modular system that positions them as a credible, technology-forward platform — and makes it easy for their team to manage and grow the site post-launch.

Designed to boost credibility and demos

The central challenge was repositioning Teesnap’s site away from a generic golf brand and toward something that speaks the language of operators and decision-makers. We built a modular block system around clear product storytelling, giving each solution — tee sheet, POS, reservations, marketing — its own purposeful page structure. The architecture made it easy for visitors to find what they needed and take the next step, while giving Teesnap’s team a flexible, easy-to-manage platform post-launch.

Every design decision was made to support Teesnap’s sales process. Clean layouts, strong calls-to-action, and a content structure built around demo requests help move operators from awareness to conversation. The site is fast, accessible, and built to scale as Teesnap’s product offering grows.
